A route, not a ranked list

6 personas, 10 topic boosts on top. Each one is a set of weighted words, scored against every session's title, topics and description - not a track filter. Nothing is hidden from you; the score only decides what the route reaches for first.

The slider sets how far clear of your average a session has to be to earn a slot. Slide it down and the day gets holes on purpose - the expo floor and the corridor are where a lot of the fest happens.

The engine builds the best whole day, not the best next session - so one long masterclass can't take an afternoon it isn't worth. Every hop is charged what it costs to make: hall to hall, floor to floor, hotel to hotel. More than 15 minutes late isn't attending, so that link is never offered.

Keynotes, and anything with a minister or a governor on it, go in regardless of your bar. A Roads Minister on tolling has no fintech keywords and scores near zero - which is the wrong answer to "what should I not miss".

76 of the 489 sessions are closed rooms. Nothing here can know whether you're on those lists, so they aren't planned for you - but they stay searchable, and sit under the card they clash with, one tap to swap in.

Add a session and it's kept. Swap one and that hour is decided - only that hour, so changing persona or intensity later won't undo it. Every swap is reversible: what it replaced waits at the top of the alternatives.

The agenda is the published one, bundled in at build time - which is why it works with no signal, and why times can change under it. Check the official schedule before you walk to a room.

No accounts, no tracking of you. Your persona and edits stay in this browser, and a share link carries the whole route inside the URL itself. The one thing that leaves is the suggestion box in the footer, and only what you type into it.
